ADMISSION POLICY OF OUR SCHOOL


ELIGIBILITY


Class I – IX


Students who have been promoted to the subsequent class are eligible for admission on submission of Transfer/School Leaving Certificate (TC) duly countersigned by the appropriate authority and the marks sheet of the lower classes. TC, if not submitted at the time of joining, is to be submitted within 30 days of joining, failing which the student is liable for removal from the Roll. Eligibility IX Students who had studied three languages in 8th Standard are admitted to 9th Standard on submission of TC duly countersigned by appropriate authority. Last date for admission to IX Standard is 10th July.


Class X


Students who have studied Hindi and English as the 2nd Language in 9th Standard are only admitted to 10th Standard. Students are required to procedure TC duly countersigned by the appropriate authority, 9th Standard Marks Sheet and 9th Standard CBSE Registration Card (if a student of CBSE affiliated School). Parents are required to give in writing the reason of withdrawal of the student from the present school and admitting to SNPS. Admission to 10th Standard is provisional pending approval of the admission by SBSE, Regional Office Delhi. The School will not be responsible for any loss that the student/parent may suffer if the admission is not approved by the CBSE and the students subsequently has to withdrawal from the school.


Class XI


Student who have passed 10th Standard from CBSE/ICSE/Indian State Boards/NIOS/'O' Level IGCSE are eligible for admission.Oreginal Mark Sheet, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate & Conduct Certificate are to be produced at the time of admission. Students who have passed 10th Standard from any other Examination Body (Especially Foreign Students) are required to produced the following documents :

(a) A certificate from the school that the student has successfully completed 10th Standard from that school.
(b) Student Academic transcripts from the School.


Class XII


Admission to XII standard is restricted to such students who have and passed XI standard from a CBSE affiliated School. Change of subject/combinations in 12th Standard is not allowed. Parents of such students should indicate in writing the reasons for leaving the previous school and seeking admission to this school. TC duly counter signed by CBSE 10th Standard Pass Certificate with marks sheet and 11th Standard Mark Sheet in original along with the certificate mentioned above from the Principal of the previous school should be submitted while joining the school. If any of the above documents are not submitted within 15 days, the student, if admitted, is liable for removal from the school.
Admission to XII Standard is subject to approval by CBSE. Pending approval by the CBSE, the admission is provisional and if the CBSE does not approve the admission, such candidates(s) will be removed from the Rolls of the School, and will not be eligible for the XII Standard Examination conducted by the CBSE. The School will not be responsible for any loss that the student/parent may suffer if the admission is not approved by the CBSE and the student is removed from the school.
